Property Management is a niche market for electricians, and the team at K&M Electrical are specialists, having more than 10 years of experience in property management projects in Tauranga, Papamoa, Mount Maunganui, Bethlehem, Te Puke, Ohauiti, Te Puna, Omokoroa and Katikati. We currently service more than 200 properties for property management companies in the greater Tauranga area.
We provide a comprehensive service that can be tailored to both your and your tenant’s requirements. Our key points of difference are prompt and efficient service, attention to detail, and our professional approach to stakeholder management. Besides Property Management companies, we also service properties on behalf of private landlords. You can rest assured that we are here when you need us.
All our work that involves drilling in potential asbestos areas will be carried out by our in-house Certified Asbestos Remover. A certificate will be issued detailing that the offending asbestos has been removed and disposed of in a safe manner as per health and safety regulations.

1. Regular maintenance/servicing and checks
This includes regular inspection of properties, advising clients and managers of upcoming preventative electrical maintenance work, large-appliance maintenance and repairs (including hot water cylinders), and emergency repairs. We regularly update clients (property managers) on any work we carry out and negotiate time-frames to ensure manageable and economical results.
We act quickly to find faults, and guarantee our repairs.
2. Upgrades and installation
We install and connect heat pumps, heated towel rails and hot water cylinders. We can also offer advice on energy-efficient electrical solutions and ventilation options.
3. Insurance quotes and advice
We offer reliable electrical inspection services and Electrical Certificates of Verification (COVs). We can carry out inspections, or ‘health checks,’ on your properties so you can rest assured that your investment is safe.
4. Emergency work
